Skeleton in the Closet: The Johns Committee and Florida‘s Lavender Scare (Kent) In-Person
Join FSCJ Student Life and the Library and Learning Commons for a pair of screenings of “The Committee,” a documentary about the 1956-1965 Florida Legislative Investigative Committee chaired by Florida Senator Charley Johns which aimed to root out communist and homosexual teachers and students from state universities.
