CANCELED: STEAM Lab Science/Fiction Book Club: Ender's Game with Prof. Dianne Fair In-Person
Join Prof. Dianne Fair once a term in the Downtown Campus Library and Learning Commons’s S.T.E.A.M. Lab to read books with themes
related to science, technology, engineering or math.
For Spring, we'll be reading the Hugo and Nebula Award-winning science fiction classic Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. Set in an unspecified near-future, the novel follows the children being raised to fight an interstellar war against the insectoid species whose attack nearly destroyed humankind.
The Spring session will take place in the Downtown LLC S.T.E.A.M. Lab, A-2102Q, located on FSCJ's Downtown Campus at 101 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
